Breathtaking Migration of Wild Animals from Tanzania to Kenya

Large Rectangle

Each year, more than half a million of the Serengeti National Park’s animals in Tanzania such as antelopes, zebras, lions, leopards, etc, begin their long journey to the Wild Reserve Masai Mara in Kenya after eating up all the Serengeti grasslands. The juicy grassland benefited from heavy rains falling in April and May, will attract them. The best time for tourists to visit their breathtaking movement is between July and October. However, the migration would implicit dead risks because there are many crocodiles “freezing” in the rivers where the animals must across and ready to eat any quarry.

These photos below help us know the dangerous migration of wild animals, especially antelopes and zebras every year:

Every year, thousands of antelopes from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania across the river to Wild Reserve Masai Mara in Kenya

They must move to Masai Mara between July and October to find new food sources

It is the golden time for crocodiles to hunt quarry. They pretend to “freeze” in the river and only their backs are shown above the surface

They stand and act like they are made of rocks

Once the antelopes get in the water and didn’t recognize the illusion, this is the last error they made because they rarely survive to come back

Dozens of tourists, uploaded on jeeps, watch this moment with camera in hand for hours

One zebra tried to hide from the mouth of a cruel crocodile

Unfortunately, it still became a big quarry of the crocodile

Two crocodiles ate the zebra

Even when one zbra acrossed the river successfully, he was still killed by a crocodile
