Join in With Diet Society

Human beings are created naturally live on plants, fruits and water, all of them are green food. As the improvement of life condition, our food had changed a lot, many kinds for choice. So it becomes complex to determine a kind of healthy diet.
Vegetarians claim that their diet can increase energy. They have their reasons: Ross Murray, a swimmer who wins two Olympic Gold Medals in 1956; and runner John Randy who break six world records after being a loyal vegetarian.
You certainly can deem that they are lucky runner though they have bad diet and food. However, if you believe the results of scientific research, you may know that they are obviously not the kind of people lucky enough to win. Their favorite study is done in 1970s, compared the endurance of 15 carnivore and thirty-four vegetarian. When they require meat eaters stretch arms as long as possible, they can continue only fifteen minutes. None of them can keep for 30 minutes. In those vegetarian, more than 20 people keep the gesture for 15 minutes, and 14 people keep more than 30 minutes. It is said that one people keep the posture more than 3 hours.
And they reason of vegetarian is not only for energy reason, there are many other factors. Some others are more persuasive.
For example, one reason is raised from physiology eyes. Vegetarian said that people naturally do not suitable to eat meat, so some people may be choked by meat. Human is not same with wolf, wolves tore a large piece of meat with its teeth, and then bolted down. People have to chew with teeth; this may be more suitable for eating banana, pumpkin or carrot. But eating fried steak is completely inappropriate.

Dr. Killen from Brooklyn raised his view on a medical conference not long before. Herbivores teeth structure is sharp incisors, molars flat, round, for crushing and grinding food. This indicates that the physiological structure of these animals is to eat vegetables, leaves, plants, roots, fruits, nuts and grass. As per studies on people's teeth, this totally anatomizes. Vegetarian said that out ability to absorb cholesterol is bad. Study report also revealed that very little strict vegetarian get heart disease. That is because out physiological structure does not allow take into so many cholesterol.
Vegetarians and many others say meat itself is not good way for people. It is rich of fat and easily causes heart disease. And at least for animals, it makes them easier to get cancer. The digest of bacteria of meat is not as easy as vegetarian food. Some people like bacon very much, in fact, part of them is bad. See some of the vivid description of food by vegetarians, it is enough to make you not dare to touch this food, and not to mention their argument is right.
Last but not least, vegetarian told us that the vegetarian history is almost as old as human's history. So after so many centuries, it has proved to be completely true.

Human Society and Competitive Sports

Human participation in sports is probably as old as humanity itself. Hence, the development of sports can teach sociologists a great deal about the nature of social change, human development, and the nature of sports itself. Participation in sports is about developing physical skills and mastering challenges for its own sake. Therefore, examining sports from a social and historical context can give academics a clearer picture of the changes in social practices. Sports are competitive physical activities that require mutual commitment, strategy, and fair play among participants. Winners and losers are often settled by implementing objective rules. Moreover, sports focus on physical athleticism, which distinguishes it from ‘mind sports’ such as chess, which focus on intellectual prowess. Non-competitive activities such as jogging may also be loosely called sports, though they are often classified as forms of recreation. Recently unearthed artifacts and structures suggest that the ancient Chinese engaged in sporting activities as early as the second millennium B.C. Activities such as archery, wrestling, and gymnastics appear to have been well developed among the ancient Chinese. In addition, surviving monuments and papyri from ancient Egypt suggest that swimming and javelin-throwing were well-developed sports in the Nile region. In many ancient societies, sports were often linked to religion. Sports were played to honor deities and nature spirits. Among the ancient Minoans of Crete, religious bull-leaping and bullfighting were observed to honor their gods. Competitive sports reached its zenith among the ancient Greeks, who instituted the first Olympic Games in 776 B.C.

The ancient Greek city-states had gymnasia where athletes trained, much like any modern sports club Glendale has to offer. The ancient Olympic Games were finally suppressed during the Byzantine era by the Emperor Theodosius in 393 A.D. However, competitive sports did not die out completely in the western world. The common people fought rough and sometimes violent ballgames. The aristocracy favored more refined games; created the early precursor of the sports club Glendale athletes are so fond of; and competed in games like jousting and horse racing. Modern sporting events such as the Super Bowl, World Cup and NBA playoffs captivate millions of viewers each year; earn billions in profits and endorsements; and have elevated athletes such as Michael Jordan and David Beckham to modern-day icons. Moreover, it is now considered indispensable for a developed community to have a sports club Glendale residents typically use all year round.

Clothing, Society, and Human Psychology

Clothing is an exclusively human phenomenon and can be found in all societies. The amount and type of clothing worn depends on factors such as functional considerations (i.e. protection from the elements) as well as social considerations. In addition, elaborate clothing has often been used as a sign of social status or wealth throughout history.

Clothing styles can also denote rank and positions of power. For example, in ancient Rome, only emperors were allowed to wear purple togas. In a sense, clothing performs a variety of cultural functions and can denote occupations, sexual differentiation, as well as political and religious affiliations. A uniform, for example, may identify civil authority figures such as policemen, judges, and soldiers. Monks don habits and Buddhist monks wear saffron robes.

Clothing and fashion have undergone periods of constant innovation in the Western World since the High Middle Ages. Hence, clothing is often tied to concepts of fashion. Fashion is any mode of dressing or adornment that is popular among large numbers of people for a particular time or place. Fashion and clothing evolve constantly, with observable changes among different periods and generations.

Fashion in the modern world has been affected by dramatic shifts in human societies. Globalization and the increasing democratization of fashion has meant that more clothing choices are available than ever before. Fashion has become a mark of individualism, self-expression, and creativity. A woman can now wear referee top with a pair of skinny jeans. On the other hand, men can wear army jackets with t-shirts.

In the modern world, the growth of individualism in fashion has sparked questions about human psychology. Many pop psychologists now tell people that you can spot tell-tale signs in clothing that reveal a person's psychological health, character, and other traits. This may lead to stereotyping. A sloppy dresser is deemed depressed or unmotivated individual, while the businessman who wears a referee top is said to have a predilection for sports.

Other stereotypes have arisen among pop psychologists: the flashy dresser is screaming for attention and the person who is always garbed in head to toe designer gear is insecure. Meanwhile, the athletic dresser may be a woman perennially garbed in referee shirts for ladies or a man who wears sports jerseys in every occasion are both deemed obsessed with exercise or competitive sports.

Unusual Behaviors In Society

We all have our preferred lifestyles and hobbies at home.  Some may be completely  conventional, and some may not. Even unconventional behaviors may seem a little more normal compared to the very rare and few that can be virtually impossible to imagine. These rare ways of life are actually lived day by day by very few people in the world. While it may be a mental disease for some, others may choose to live that way. Here are unusual behaviors in society.

Adult babies: Adult baby syndrome is also known as autonepiophillia and paraphillic infantilism. Very little research has been done on its origins. There also has been no answers to why it is practiced. However, only one in five are said to be women. An adult baby may live a normal day to day work life, and then come home and get into baby mode. They wear adult diapers, use pacifiers and even babble. They not only act like babies, they also are known to have a strong desire to be treated like one. Very few of them wear their diapers to fulfill an odd fetish. The majority of them do not see it as a fetish, but as just an urge to be treated like an infant. Discussions raise on whether the reasons are due to the lack of a childhood. Although this may seem very eccentric to most of us, it is a practice that is second nature to them. Due to its harmless nature, adult babies rarely seek help.

People who see their stuffed animals as their own children: We have all had our stuffed animals we loved and cherished as children. When we become adults we simply choose to leave them behind. There are adults that have been known to not only keep their stuffed animals from childhood, but also talk to their stuffed animals.

It is even more unusual to hear about someone that actually sees them as their own children. This is a very rare condition that most would think of as just a strange and humorous act that one can choose not to do. However, there are people who actually claim to feel that their stuffed animals are their children. They even claim to love and care for them. They may also dress them and do day to day duties and hobbies that include them. The hobbies that they may engage in with the stuffed animals may include dancing, singing,  and even watching movies together. There have even been people known to take their stuffed animals and put them in a stroller for a walk around the neighborhood park.

There are certainly many choices of hobbies for the various styles and tastes of humanity. When it comes to the odd ones, less people agree that they are conventional. Even though less have taste in the strange and unusual behaviors, there are still a good number who are fascinated by it and practice them on a consistent basis.

Post Modern Society By Default

POST MODERN GOVERNMENT  -   BY DEFAULT.

As Europe falls apart at the seams, recession shows a sluggish head of steam that promises a peculiar landing in the not too distant future. Germany as ever, pulled together by the redoubtable Ms. Merkel trembles at the thought of their Walter Mitty Chancellor getting involved in baling out Greece and Co. The thought of an Economic Government of Europe with as many Governments already as it has departments, sends shivers down the spines of the contributing nations like Britain, Holland and the ever watchful Scandinavians who have as yet not fully comprehended the vastness of the public expenditure and wasteful corruption linked fortunes poured into the Mediterranean States. The German Chancellor´s statements on an Economic Government of Europe sounds therefore like another excuse for new levels of indirect taxation.

Greece, Spain and Portugal share attitudes reminiscent of their old dictatorial identities and what monies have been spent to modernise them have not gone beyond the top layers of the economic society. False premises linked to fortune hunting by overjoyed industrialist has put eggs in the wrong baskets leaving difficult economic platforms ignored in favour of easy third world tourist targets wooed by sun and glossy images. Meanwhile, the die-hard unions and strident left wingers have ensured that labour costs and job deterrents have been put into place in the mistaken belief that business ventures will go ahead despite them. In fact, a policy of grossly mistaken attribution to the entrepreneur the duties of family support that the very Governments appears to avoid at all cost. All three countries have deflected investment away from production and fed the multinationals at the expense of the genuine background foundations of the small and medium sized companies.

Labour legislation backed by aggressive runaway taxation and background judicial teeth have ensured, as it did in Argentina that entrepreneurial talent and monies have flee to better shores.

Contributors taken for granted.

A total lack of credit given to the genuine ruling and contributing members of the European community, by the media of these countries and a self congratulatory lever put in its place has resulted in the blame for failure being attributed to the European Union. It is a well known international secret that without the Union, these defaulting countries would have been where they always were – in strict poverty and military intervention in the wings. The blame however rests squarely on the wanton abuse of member funds which have not only increased the burden of taxation in the upper States but provided opportunities for impractical usage of such funds, for want of use, of the dreaded word corruption. The pigeons have now come home to roost and there is no welcoming party. Ms. Merkel has to be extremely careful this time in allowing her eternal optimism to sink the contributing members into further debt. Taking into account that what should have been a low percentage based dragnet of a tax – the much disliked intrusive VAT, is now racing towards the 20% mark. This outrageous marker of State audacity is disastrously close to petrifying growth and reminding all European citizens that they are no longer free agents within their fiscal lives, but partners of overcommitted, States. Hardly a heritage for a succeeding generation.

Enthusiasm rather than foresight

The other well kept open secret is that Germany courts France with a campness that smacks of patronage which is not shared by countries like Britain who in this case, understandably, has a growing number of citizens wary of the association. It is no laughing matter to see the potential threat to the value of the Euro which loosely studied measures led by such political lobbies could unleash. Such moves could plunge all members, including Germany, into a pit from which only Providence could stop them from falling as the new, hardly competent,  members struggle to perform in this void. The political implications,  with the power struggles now emerging with depressing clarity in the outer fringes of Europe, are daunting.  China and Russia look on and perhaps as a result, Uncle Sam will begin to look on with fresh sympathy if only to keep its back clear of the flack. The development therefore,  of a completely fresh approach with a declaration of war on member state labour manipulation, unfair demands and restrictions that deny economic growth by sheer ignorance, is the only order of the day. Additionally, the ruthless pruning of the social services by the very Governments which created them, with a cost efficiency comb is in the public mind, despite the reckless Union noises.

Party politics have now reached a crossroad in public management which is reflected in the gradually tailing off of electoral support. Social psychological health has never been so low and the picture international youth is getting, deprives them of the will to involve themselves in or perhaps even understand this morasse. A new social order therefore has to emerge with a light at the end of that tunnel which is plainly visible from the start. Old traditions, values and cultural elitism have to change their colours. Perhaps for the first time in centuries political challenges should be the welfare of the people in every corner of the world instead of the divisive tactics that have clouded real issues. Whilst Science and knowledge is laudable and interesting it cannot be placed above simple human values. It is no coincidence that Green is the colour of hope and progressively so much to the chagrin of those who only think in terms of mathematics. Relatively common issues like family needs, social opportunities, constructive entertainment and disciplined tutelage should replace the ridiculous pursuit of profit margins for their own sake as standard yardsticks of success. The stock market phobias now manipulated by the few with the power to milk it at the expense of the rest creates visions of carrot driven chariots forever running round racetracks as an excuse for living. The time, is for the world Governments to sit down and remind each other that humanity is now at risk and that somehow, civilisation and the very fabric of life has been ignored to the point of disintegration. Schumacher was quite right, small IS beautiful. Ms. Merkel should stop putting lids on covers and let each member state choose their own destinies, with their own efforts and money, to enable the rest to work together towards higher, more meaningful, things.

Egg Farm Investigation By Humane Society Of The United States Misleads Consumers

I have a double-dose of fed up. The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), as well as other animal rights groups, continue to mislead the public on animal abuse and food safety with todays release of an undercover video of an egg production facility in Texas.

On one hand Im sick of those bad players in the livestock industry who mistreat their animals. On the other, Im sick of the animal rights activist groups who promote these isolated incidents as an indictment of the entire meat and egg industry.

Texas Farm Bureau Yes, HSUS is an animal rights group. And just to clear the air, theres a distinct difference between animal rights and animal welfare.

Livestock producers are believers in animal welfare. They believe in the proper and humane use of animals. They believe they have a duty to treat animals properly. They make a moral distinction between animals and human beings. They ensure the health, well-being and safety of their animals through proper food, management and shelter.

Animal rightists believewith almost religious fervorthat livestock such as chickens, pigs and cows are equal to humans. The ultimate goal of the animal rights movement is the complete elimination of the livestock production. Theyll stop at nothing to achieve that objective.

Ill repeat what Ive said in the past. The small number of producers who abuse the privilege of raising and caring for food animals give a black eye to those who do it right. There is no excuse for animal cruelty. Individual producers should adopt a zero tolerance policy and work to get those who abuse animals out of business.

In the eyes of many animal rights groups, livestock producers are on the same level as dog beaters. Thats not news to me. Painting all livestock producers as sadistic fiends by associating them with bad apples is a proven winner in the animal rights activist playbook.

Animal rights groups use animal abuse and food safety issues to mask their real intentions. They care a lot more about getting consumers to quit eating meat than harboring a real concern for animals. Take a look at the Mercy For Animals, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals or Humane Society of the United States websites and its pretty self-explanatory.

Im not making excuses for the livestock industry. Those who inhumanely treat animals should be punished. Seems to me though, that the compassion, honesty and integrity of dealing with humans has been lost by animal rights groups who claim to hold the moral high ground when it comes to the proper care and treatment of livestock.. They are trying to force their views on animal rights on everyone. They overstep the bounds of decency when they smear an entire industry as evil because of the actions of a few.

Texas Farm Bureau: Fed Up With Humane Society And Other Animal Rights Activist Groups Who Mislead Co

(1888PressRelease) Advocacy group responds to deceptive Texas egg farm investigation video.

Waco, TX - Publications Director of the Texas Farm Bureau Mike Barnett says the Humane Society of the United States' recently-released undercover report/video of an egg production facility in Texas misleads consumers into believing there is a major problem with animal abuse and food safety in the United States in his latest Texas Agriculture Talks blog post.

"On one hand I'm sick of those bad players in the livestock industry who mistreat their animals," writes Barnett. "On the other, I'm sick of the animal rights activist groups who promote these isolated incidents as an indictment of the entire meat and egg industry."

He adds that animal rights groups like the Humane Society of the United States-instead of harboring a real concern for animals-use terms like "animal abuse" and "food safety" to mask their real intention, which is to get consumers to stop eating meat in oftentimes forceful and deceptive ways. While Barnett acknowledges that the livestock industry has not been perfect, most producers are believers in animal welfare. They believe in the proper and humane use of animals and that they have a duty to treat animals properly.

"The small number of producers who abuse the privilege of raising and caring for food animals give a black eye to those who do it right. There is no excuse for animal cruelty," explains Barnett. And there's no excuse for misleading consumers the way some groups are doing today."
