I've had this image in my mind for a while of the perfect Library Tote Bag and I finally made it - and made a pattern available!
The main part of the bag is just the right size to hold biggish books (picture books, craft books, cookbooks, etc.) The outside pocket can hold a couple of chapter books, and there's a little monster pocket inside to hold your library card. I'm SO HAPPY with how this turned out!
