Swtor is Star Wars: The Old Republic and is a new approach to online entertainment. It features immersive storytelling, dynamic combat and ground breaking companion characters. This game take place in the star wars galaxy after about three hundred years after the events of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. The game is a multiplayer online gaming and is based on the big screen ‘Star Wars’. The timing of the story dates back to time of Anakin and Luke Skywalker. There are hundreds of animate species who are spread throughout the galaxy. Only a fraction of them will appear in the game. Some of the non-sentient species are Acklay, Bantha, Chemilizard, Dewback, Gundark, Hoth Hog, K’lor’slug, Kath hound, Nexu, Rakghout, Rancor, Reek, Salky hound, Sarlacc, Tauntaun, Terentatek, Thranta, Tuk’ata, Varactyl, Vrblther, Wampa and Wraid.

There are a number of species that the player may choose from for their character. The players who are officially considered to be playable are Chiss, Humans, Miraluka, Mirialan, Rattataki, Sith Pureblood, Twileks and Zabrak. There are other species in The Old Republic and they are not playable. They may be available as a companion to the player. They are Abyssin, Advozse, Arcona, Bith, Bothan, Cathar, Chagrian, Chevin, Colicoid, Dashade, Devaronian, Duros, Evocii, Gamorrean, Gand, Geonosian, Gormak, Gran, Hutt, Ithorian, Jawa, Kaleesh, Kel Dor, Kitonak, Kubaz, Mantellian, Massassl, Mon Calamari, Nautolan, Nelmoidian, Nikto, Ortlan, Rakata, Rodian, Selkath, Selonian, Sullustan, Tatz, Tohruta, Trandoshan, Voss, Weequay, and Wookiee and there are many other unknown species.

A brief description of some of the playable species is given below.

Chiss: - From the Unknown Regions of the planet Csilla the Chiss are blue skinned humanoids. They are considered to be the official allies of the Sith Empire. Most of the systems in the Empire have not been conquered by them. They are one of the playable species who are available as Imperial Agents.

Human: - They are one of the confirmed species to be playable in the game and can play any class. They are most numerous and are politically dominant species with lots of major and minor colonies. They are believed to be originated on the galactic capital of Coruscant. They are found anywhere doing different types of hobbies like spacers, mercenaries, smugglers, merchants, soldiers, assassins, farmers, crime lords, labourers, slaves and many more including Jedi. They are able to play any of the eight classes in The Old Republic.

Miraluka: - Miraluka share common genetic history with Human. They are born without eyes. Their home world is Alpheridies and the only source of light is a red dwarf star. This gives light only in the infrared spectrum. They have adapted the ability to see their surroundings through the force. They wear decorative veils and have trouble in missing with the human society.

Mirialan: - They are playable species for the Jedi Consular and Tropper classes. They hail from planet Mirial and are near-human. The skin color varies from dark green to a pale tone. They are very fast and agile and are one of the best in any combat.

Rattataki: - They are near-human species and are the playable for Bounty Hunter, Imperial Agent and Sith Inquisitor.

Sith pureblood: - They are playable species for the Sith Inquisitor and Sith Warrior.

Twi’lek: - They have originated from the planet Ryloth and have colourful skin which varies in pigment from individual to individual.

Zabrak: - They are a humanoid and live on the harsh planet Iridonia. They are playable species for the Jedi Knight, the Sith Inquisitor and the Trooper.

Shanghai Wild Animal Park Travel Guide And Tips

Shanghai Wild Animal Park is the first national wild animal park established by Shanghai Municipal Government and State Forestry Administration. It is located in XuanQiaoTown of Nanhui District in Pudong New Area, and about 35km from Shanghai downtown and coving an area of 153 hectares (2300Mu). 300 millions Yuan was invested in this park and this park was opened to the public on Nov. 18, 1995, also SWAP is one of the first AAAA national visiting spots. More than 200 kinds representative and rare animals form the world were collected in SWAP, and the number of animal is about 10,000, such as foreign giraffe, zebra, antilope white rhinoceros and so on, at the same time such as national prior protected giant panda, snub-nosed monkey, Chinese tiger.

The park is divided into 2 parts, bus visiting area and walking area. In the bus visiting area, you can see gentle giraffe, elongating his neck and expecting your visit. You also can see elephant, the biggest mammal on land, greeting the guest gently; what is more, you can find you are among golden antilopes, one of the 3 national treasures. At the same time, here you can see the most fast animal in the world, cheetah, who can run 110 km per hour; African lion, the king of beasts, showing his general deportment; Clumsy bear, begging food from the passing buses; Majestic tiger, watching the passing buses, showing his leadership…

In the walking area, you can enjoy the world rare animals such as white lion, white tiger, white kangaroo, giant panda, Chinese alligator and so on. What is funny is you can have a photo with alpaca camel, zebra and elephant. It is really a good experience and opportunity.

In the small animal garden, you can hug the small animal,feed lovely monkey, and have the experience of keeper to see personally the miraculously generating.

(1). Line Xinnan: Xinkezhan - Nanpudaqiao - Beicai - Zhoupu - Liuzhao - Shanghai Wild Animal Park, available every 15 minutes, 5:30 - 19:00.
(2). Line Zhangnan: Zhangjiangchukou - Jianqiaodaxue - Liuzhao - Shanghai Wild Animal Park, available every 10 minutes, 6:30-19:00.

Dining:
There are three restaurants in Shanghai Wild Animal Park: Changqingdajiudian, Guanhelou and Kuaicaiting. You can find the traditional Shanghai food here like: Jigujiang, Wuweijitui, Guihuarou, Xiazidawushen, Shengbiancaotou, Youmensun, Baiqierou.

Tips:
(1). Shanghai Wild Animal Park is a famous travel destination in Shanghai. You can see 4 animal shows here in a day if you like.
(2). It will be very crowded if you come here in the holidays. Try to visit this place in the workdays if you don't wanna waste too much time waiting.
(3). If you wanna drive here, the parking fee is 20 rmb for a car.
(4). If you wanna see some animal shows, you'd better come here in the morning. In this case, you can visit the walking area in the morning and the bus visiting area in the afternoon. The last bus for the bus visiting area is at 16:00.
(5). Shanghai Wild Animal Park is a perfect place for the kids. They will love these animals for sure.
(6). Althrough it is called Wild Animal Park, the animals here are not really so wild. They are domesticated animals.

A Guide For Arizona Pet Shops: Avoid Being Charged With Animal Cruelty

Arizona has created a task force to help manage and monitor how Arizona pet shops take care of the animals they are selling. Just because you are selling those animals, and the fact that they are not your pet does not mean that they don't deserve to be treated humanely. Without a sense of responsibility Arizona pet shop owners might neglect their animals.

But not only Arizona pet shops; as shocking as it may seem animal grooming establishments, breeding facilities, kennels, and even animal shelters are common violators of animal rights. Making these people legally responsible to fully implement laws against animal cruelty is the best action to be taken.

Follow these Simple Rules

An Arizona pet shop must have a resident veterinarian or currently have a veterinarian on its pay roll to on call and to check up on its animals regularly. This is to ensure that the animals are healthy and is in proper care. Not only will a sick pet be a danger to itself but also to the owners. There is also a danger of causing an epidemic among animals.

It is good for an Arizona pet shop to know the history and background of the animals they are selling. They must have the health and medical records as well as the breeding history of that animal upon request of the animal task force or the consumer. It is also important to remember that although an Arizona pet shop's aim is to gain profit, never misrepresent an animal's breed, health or pedigree as this is punishable by law.

For Arizona pet shops that sell puppies and cats they must post the puppy lemon law in their establishments. Non profit establishment however are not required to do so. Non-profit establishments are humane societies or rescue groups.

If encase the need for euthanasia arises, an Arizona pet shop must go about it in the most humane way and the acceptable way as according to the task force.

Never neglect the needs of your animals. As Arizona pet shop owners you should also be aware that cats and dogs cages should never be place in close proximity with each other.

In the beginning the task force sent out letter notices to all Arizona pet shop owners that there is now a law governing body to implement laws against animal cruelty. These days the task force goes into Arizona pet shops without prior notice; a surprise inspection to see if the pet shops really take care of their animals.
